Q. Please explain the energy credit I’ve heard about in your advertisements.
A. As part of the 2009 stimulus recently passed by congress, heating and air conditioning systems that are replaced by new high efficiency systems or Geo Thermal will qualify for a 30% tax credit. There is a $1500.00 maximum tax credit for gas furnace upgrades. There is no maximum credit on geo thermal.
Q. My heating and air conditioning system is only 10 years old, why should I consider a new system?
A. The average life of a system is usually 10-15 years. There have been many changes in efficiency and technology. Most times the energy savings will pay for the new system in a short period of time. Also with the current energy tax credit, utility and manufacturer rebates and 16 month financing with no payments or interest, there will never be a better time to upgrade to high efficiency.

A. Our new Platinum Maintenance Agreement provides you with annual maintenance on your system. The Platinum plan also provides you the peace of mind that for one low fee virtually all parts on your heating or air conditioning system will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
